Dropper Loop

Dropper Loop

The Dropper Loop is an essential tool in an angler’s repertoire for creating terminal tackle connections in the middle of a line. Multiple Dropper Loops are typically tied in succession, several inches apart, and subsequently looped through the eyes of hooks or trimmed and tied directly to hooks in order to create leaders with multiple hooks. Extra long Dropper Loops can also be tied then cut as a makeshift multi-way connection onto a leader.
